One of the nice things about being in Maine is that I have a lot more space to cook, bake, and grill. I've made two delicious desserts that are great for groups and would be perfect for a 4th of July cookout. The first is a berry crisp and the second is the BEST banana cake ever....seriously, you should make this cake! It is definitely a crowd pleaser and everyone will love you for baking this!
