Tyler and I have always wanted to make beer can chicken and have never gotten around to it. So, we decided to try it (recipe) on the Traeger for one of our meals during the 4th of July week. Holy cow! This chicken was out of this world and the grilled peaches with whipped honey goat cheese and crumbled walnuts were divine. I highly, highly recommend making this - you won't be disappointed!
