The weekends always seem to fly by and this weekend was no exception. We were very slow to get up this morning after a fun night...We just don't quite recover the way we use to! At any rate, it turned into a very lazy Sunday for me. We made breakfast and waffles (our Sunday tradition) and lounged on the couch watching football. Unfortunately for Tyler, he had a 3.5 hour case study class in the afternoon. I used the time to get caught up on a few things, tidy up the apartment, and figure out what we were going to have for dinner for the week. After some exploring, I found two awesome recipes to try: Pomegranate Braised Lamb Shoulder and Pinoner Woman Mashed Potatoes. This meal was so tasty....Tyler said that this meal was #2 on his list of favorite meals behind Orzo Alfredo with Peas and Bacon!
