I have been trying to prep for the girls' arrival by pre-making breakfast and snack options. I was really craving something sweet and decided to try making protein balls. These tasted like cookie dough balls but are wayyy healthier and so simple to make. I will be living off of these :)
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and then place in the fridge for 30 minutes for the dough to harden.
- Using a cookie scooper, roll 1 inch balls on a cookie sheet and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
- I then placed all protein balls in a freezer bag and have kept them in the freezer.
