I have a generous maternity leave policy and get the 4 weeks off before I'm due. While it's nice to have the free time, I personally, would rather work up until the babies come and then use that time when they're here. But, it's a take it or leave it policy, so I take it. Tyler describes this time off as "spring break" except it doesn't involve any alcohol, beaches, or flying anywhere! Because my doctor appointments picked up in the last week before I went out on maternity leave, I ended up coming into the office a few days to wrap things up. So, on my "real" last day, I took a picture marking the moment with Mr. Logan....I did something similar when I was pregnant with him and when I went back to work :)
