During the first week of February, I had to head up to Boston for work for a few days. This was my last planned trip for work, which was so hard to believe. I ended up clocking in 155K miles last year, which is just nuts because I don't feel like I traveled that much (that's probably a good thing!). It's been really nice being in NYC and not traveling - I feel like I have so much more time for everything.
So back to my Boston work trip....I decided to fly up to Maine for the night to meet with our contractor. We're doing a big addition to the house and there wasn't a good time for us to go up to see the progress since I wasn't allowed to travel after 30 weeks. I flew into Portland and grabbed dinner with my dear friend Ali, which was a treat. I managed to squeeze in a quick workout at OTF, a donut from The Cookie Jar, and picked up my favorite croutons from Scratch Bakery to bring home. It was so much fun going through the addition with our contractor who is just stellar. Everything was really coming together and we managed to maximize the space.

We had to close off two of the windows to the attic, but we will have central air up there!
