We have wanted to go to 4 Charles Prime Rib for a while, but it's another place that is really hard to get reservations at. Josh was able to make a reservation for Tyler's birthday for us, so we ventured there with Jacqui and her boyfriend. It's a tiny restaurant in the West Village and looks like an apartment from the outside. There are only 12ish tables, hence why it's so hard to get a reservation. Josh gave us a list of what to ordered and we pretty much followed it exactly - he rarely steers us wrong with food! We ordered two of their famous burgers, prime rib, ribeye steak, brussel sprouts, fries, and for dessert, we had really good chocolate cake. The burger was out of this world and by far my favorite part of the dinner.....I would definitely order this to-go and just eat it at home...it was that good!
