I LOVE avocado toast and almost always order it if it's on a menu. I often make it on the weekends as a quick meal and decided to add some fresh mozzarella cheese to mine today. I got fresh bread from the bakery, toasted it and then added a slice of mozzarella cheese to the toast. I heated it in the microwave to soften the cheese and then added avocado on top. I sprinkled everything but the bagel seasoning on top and enjoyed a delicious and easy lunch!
