Oh my goodness.....my avocado toast with eggs just got a whole lot better with Everything But the Bagel seasoning from Trader Joe's. I've been meaning to try it but haven't wanted to battle the line at TJ's on the weekend. We mustered up the courage and went early Sunday morning last weekend to stock up on all of our favorite things, which the seasoning was a must have. I mashed the avocados and sprinkled some seasoning and mixed it into the avocados. I then toasted the bread, spread the mashed avocado on top, placed a fried egg on top of the avocado, and sprinkled some additional seasoning. It was soooo good and will be the only way I make avocado toast going forward!
