We had a really nice Easter brunch at our apartment. Tyler's parents were in town and my cousin, Amy, and her husband came over, which was great! I kept things simple and made a honey glazed ham, sweet potato and lentil salad, and chocolate chip bread pudding. My cousin made a arugula and beet salad and coconut macaroons, which was the perfect addition.
