We hosted a little dinner party at our apartment last night with Josh, Kaitlin, Jimmy, and Kara. We got really delicious beef short ribs from our favorite butcher and I used one of my favorite recipes to prepare them. And instead of mashed potatoes, I made Boursin cheese potatoes with a salad, which was a great compliment to the ribs. We ate early since the South Carolina game was on and Logan was such a peach throughout dinner, which made everything that much more enjoyable :)
