We had a halloween playgroup, so I decided to make something festive for all of the mamas. I found this cute recipe for candy corn rice krispies and thought it would be fun to give it a try. I made two batches of rice krispies using my recipe. I dedicated one batch to the yellow food coloring and then split the second batch for the orange and plain colors, which worked out great. I followed the assembly instructions and also purchased straws, which made it perfect for consuming the treats in the park. We didn't have to worry about getting our hands sticky or covering our babes!
