Two full weeks in NYC and I don't know what to do with myself!

This has been the longest stretch that I've been in NYC and not traveling for work since November! It's kind of nuts, but I've thoroughly enjoyed being home and getting into a routine. We have had a bunch of really fun meals out with friends and I've cooked every night during the week. We've also had my cousin and brother over for a few dinners mid-week, which is a nice way to break up the work week! Here are a few photos from this week :)

 We've been cooking up a storm and have been going through all of our Five Marys Farm goodies. I made lamb meatballs with rosemary pasta...Tyler said these were some of the best meatballs he has had! I mixed a pound of ground lamb,  1 large shallot chopped and sautéed, 1 egg, 1 cup of panko, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp of oregano. I mixed everything and then cooked the meatballs in a pan of butter and olive oil.
I saw these tulips on my way to work....sadly, it's absolutely freezing here and these probably won't last might longer!
