The weather has been rather brisk....maybe a high of 27 if we're lucky! We both had rather nutty weeks; I had a big launch on Wednesday and a one day trip to New Orleans while Tyler had a proposal due on Friday. Needless to say, when the weekend rolled around, all we wanted to do was relax in our cozy apartment on our super comfy couch. We did manage to venture out this morning for brunch at Cornelia Street Cafe and stopped by our favorite butcher's shop, Florence Meat Market, to pick up beef short ribs for dinner. We made red wine braised short ribs, which were simply divine and the perfect way to beat the cold!
