Last weekend, we invited friends over for a dinner party, which was so fun! With the craziness of the holidays, we hadn't seen much of our friends. It was a really nice evening and I even got to use the gold chargers my mom gave me us for Christmas :) I served a Balsamic Pork Loin, Roasted Onions with Gorgonzola Cheese, Corn Bread, Green Beans, and an Apple Crisp in a cast iron skillet.
