So delayed in my blog posting...Things have been a bit wild lately! I managed to partially rupture my achilles during a basketball game and have been hobbling around. Thankfully, I'm not limping anymore and don't have much pain, but it's a 4-6 week recovery time :( Tyler started his new job and was in NJ training for the last two weeks and I also managed to squeeze in a quick business trip to Ann Arbor. It's never a dull moment in our household! We also got to spend last Friday night at the Bob Dylan concert in Hoboken with Kara, Jacqui, and Jimmy, which was a blast! We also had a very delicious Sunday night dinner. I made Skillet Focaccia Bread and tried out this really good charred corn salad recipe my mom sent me!
