My mom's friend, Susan, did all of the floral arrangements. They were so gorgeous and were in theme for the wedding. My mom and I had a theme for the invitations and subsequent favors.
We handmade invitations out of floral handkerchiefs. I found a website that sold small handkerchiefs. We used spray adhesive and sprayed the invitations to cardstock paper so we could put the handkerchiefs through the printer to print on them. It took us a while, but we were able to print all of the invitations :)
Next, we folded the invitations in the shape of an envelope and placed them inside small, green paper boxes. We just stuck the little boxes in the mail!
As for the favors, we made little wedding dress hankies for everyone to take home. I saw them on a website and decided to try and replicate them myself...They turned out pretty great!
The brunch was a really nice way to kickoff the wedding weekend festivities :)
