Our time in NYC finally came to an end during week 27 with the girls :( The first part of the week was spent finishing packing all of our boxes and cleaning our apartment. The girls also had their six month doctors appointment and are continuing to grow like weeds.
Logan had to say goodbye to his nanny, Sharnel, which was absolutely heartbreaking. Sharnel is the most amazing woman and has done an incredible job helping us raise Logan; we will forever be thankful she was part of our lives. Logan and I had to fly to Kansas City where he was the ring bearer in our cousins' wedding. From there, Logan flew with my mom to CA while I flew back to NYC to get Tyler and the girls.
Tyler, the girls and I all flew from NYC to SF; Tyler miraculously got upgraded to first class because they didn't have enough infant oxygen masks and the only ones available were in first - how lucky! I was able to upgrade as well so we had a much more relaxing flight than expected. We made it all in one piece with six bags, two babies, a stroller, and two car seats. I had to work from home that Tuesday as I was organizing a summit for 60 in CA, but we managed to survive the trip and started to get acclimated to our new life in the suburbs.
