With two little ones on the way, we've decided to get our apartment ready to sell. We didn't want to move before the girls arrive as that would have been really stressful, but we thought we'd do lots of de-cluttering/organizing and take our photos for our listing before we accumulate all of baby stuff. It's hard to believe we will have been here 6 years as of this May. We have absolutely LOVED this apartment and the location and are so bummed to leave it. We are planning to list it in May when we go up to Maine, so we don't have to worry about packing everything up each weekend. Fingers crossed we'll get an offer while we're up there so we don't have to show the apartment when we're back in town!
