We woke up to lots of freezing rain, so we didn't take our normal Sunday stroll and instead hung out reading books and I made cinnamon french toast with caramelized banana. I don't think I've made this recipe in about six years, but I will definitely be adding this to our breakfast repertoire! Instead of baking the french toast, I cooked the pieces on a pan and it came out great. Logan LOVED this and couldn't get enough.
