Last night, I made BBQ chicken stuffed sweet potatoes and they were sooooo good. I had forgotten about this recipe and stumbled upon it when I was organizing things for the blog. They are super easy to make and quite tasty! I'll be adding these to our meal plan when I go back to work :)
