Tyler and I have gotten hooked on the gnocchi at Raffetto's and decided to make a variation of our favorite orzo dish. Instead of using orzo and bacon, I used the gnocchi and pancetta. It was a super simple meal, but tasted so delicious and was perfect for a week night dinner!
