We are spending the Thanksgiving week in Maui with Tyler's family to celebrate Robin's 60th birthday. We left on a 7 am flight on Saturday and after a 15.5 hour flight, we made it! We enjoyed an early meal outside and headed to bed early as we had a 2:30am wake up call to see the sunrise at Haleakala. After a few hours of sleep, we got up and headed over to the tour company to get our bikes. We were driven to the top of the mountain where we waited for the sunrise, which was spectacular! Following the sunrise, we did a 22 mile bike ride down the mountain and stopped for breakfast along the way. We had such a blast...it was definitely worth the early wakeup call :)
