Easy Knitted Baby Blanket

I found this awesome knitting store in our neighborhood called Purl Soho, which has the most amazing yarn selection and classes. I couldn't help myself from purchasing 5 skeins of soft yarn having no pattern or project in mind, but figured with all my travel I could make something! I ended up deciding to make a baby blanket for a coworker and just love how the blanket came out.

You will need 5 skeins of Cascade Yarn 128 Superwash. I purchased 3 skeins of cream, 1 skein of grey (color 2), and 1 skein of oatmeal (color 3). Cast on 100 stitches to a US size 7 circular knitting needle and knit every row. Here's the pattern:
12 rows of main color
2 rows of color 2
2 rows of main color
2 rows of color 2
2 rows of main color
6 rows of color 2

*repeat four more times
