Mini Chicken Pot Pies

Oh man, these mini chicken pot pies were delicious and so easy! 
Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicekn soup
  • 16. oz of mixed frozen veggies
  • 1 can pillsbury biscuits
  • Salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and cook the chicken (season with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning).
  2. Mix the veggies, condensed chicken soup and chicken in a bowl.
  3. Take 8 pillsbury biscuits and place them in a greased muffin tin. Add 2-3 spoonfuls of the mixture (you'll have leftovers, which you can freeze).
  4. Bake for 20 minutes and then add tinfoil over the pan and cook for a remaining 10 minutes.
