Oh man, these mini chicken pot pies were delicious and so easy!
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can condensed cream of chicekn soup
- 16. oz of mixed frozen veggies
- 1 can pillsbury biscuits
- Salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning to taste
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and cook the chicken (season with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning).
- Mix the veggies, condensed chicken soup and chicken in a bowl.
- Take 8 pillsbury biscuits and place them in a greased muffin tin. Add 2-3 spoonfuls of the mixture (you'll have leftovers, which you can freeze).
- Bake for 20 minutes and then add tinfoil over the pan and cook for a remaining 10 minutes.
