Oh man, this grilled cheese sandwich was out of this world! We had tons of left-over red onion marmalade from our Valentine's Day Dinner and I didn't want it to go to waste (I even froze some!). So, I bought a block of grueyer cheese and some thick Italian bread and made grilled cheese sandwiches. Each sandwich was stuffed with the marmalade.....Every bite was soooo delicious :)
