Tuesday night, we were graced with Tyler’s Uncles’ presence as they are in NYC on vacation. Unfortunately, Tyler and I have a chaotic week (I’m in DC and Dallas and Tyler’s headed to Duke for a rugby tournament) and only got to see them for dinner. We took advantage of the free night and headed to one of my favorite Mexican infused restaurants in the city, Rosa Mexicano in Lincoln Center. The food is fabulous and the margaritas are delicious! Here are two pictures from the evening: the first one is of the guacamole cart…..This is some of the best guacamole I’ve had and the second is of the churros I had for dessert (these were the best churros I’ve ever tasted!)
We had such a nice evening getting caught up with the Uncles and really enjoyed seeing them…We just wish had been longer! On the way home from the restaurant, we stopped to look at the Lincoln Center all lit up. The steps of the center had lighted words on them and it reminded my of the fountain show at the Bellagio in Vegas. It was sooo pretty!
