Honey Glaze Chicken Wings

Who doesn't like a good chicken wing? I hadn't had chicken wings in what feels like forever, so I decided to make some for dinner tonight. Rather than using store bought BBQ sauce, I decided to make my own and am soooo happy I did. I prefer sweeter BBQ sauces and don't like anything spicy so the base of this sauce is sweet. This was very easy to make and perfect for a week night dinner!

Ingredients
  • 1.5 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon molasses
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 garlic glove
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/8 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 package of chicken wings
  • 1 package of drumsticks
 Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl. Place all of the chicken wings on a baking sheet.
  3. Using a cooking brush, generously coat the chicken wings with the BBQ sauce.
  4. Place the chicken in the oven and cook for 25 minutes. At 25 minutes, take the chicken out and coat once more with the sauce. Bake for another 20 minutes. Take the chicken out of the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
