Ingredients:
- Whole wheat pitas
- Small Red Onion
- BBQ Sauce (I used a light version)
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Rotisserie chicken (I bought a pre-made BBQ chicken at the store)
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Place pitas on a baking sheet. Shred the chicken into small pieces. Slice half of a small red onion into small pieces.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce on each pita bread.
- Place a handful of chicken on pita and spread out.
- Sprinkle 1/4 of a cup (or more if you like your pizza really cheesy) over the pita. Place pieces of red onion on top.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and pita is slightly crispy.
