Breaded Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 salmon filet
- 1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and cover baking pan with foil.
- Mix Italian bread crumbs and panko in a small bowl.
- Place salmon on baking pan (skin side down) and slice butter into small pieces. Place pats of butter on filet (spread out).
- Pour bread crumb mixture over filet and press bread crumbs into salmon to stick. Bake for 20 minutes and serve with orzo.
